As aspiring bomb disposal experts, players in Bomb Busters must work together as a team to prevent the bomb from exploding! To successfully complete their mission, they need to cut identical wires – they have one part directly in front of them, but they gradually have to figure out who has a wire with an identical value. The information that each number from 1 to 12 appears exactly four times in the game helps, as does sorting each team member's wires in numerical order. Two cut wires with identical numbers bring them one step closer to bomb disposal. However, if they cut wires with different values, the bomb's explosion draws nearer. Cutting a red wire causes an immediate bang, and the game ends. Yellow wires with decimals add an extra challenge to the game, and equipment cards help with particularly tricky missions.
